GEOMETRY

Geometry is defined around you — not the other way around. We offer multiple approaches to ensure the perfect fit and riding characteristics. The frame geometry can be fully customized based on professional bike fitting data, allowing us to precisely match your body position, flexibility and performance goals. If you already have a bike that fits you well, we can replicate and refine its geometry, improving specific aspects such as handling, comfort or efficiency. Alternatively, you can choose from our pre-defined geometry sizes, developed to cover the most common riding positions and use cases. Whichever option you choose, the goal remains the same — a frame that feels natural, efficient and fully aligned with the way you ride.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We stand behind every frame we build. Each 6P Composites frame is covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner. This reflects our confidence in both the engineering and the manufacturing process behind every product. Our frames are developed and validated in accordance with ISO standard testing procedures, ensuring they meet strict requirements for strength, durability and safety under real-world conditions. Because we control every stage — from design and layup to final finishing — we know exactly how each frame is built and how it performs. This allows us to offer long-term reliability without compromise.

DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING

Performance is defined long before the first layer is laid. At 6P Composites, every frame is developed with manufacturing in mind from the very beginning. Design decisions are not made in isolation — they are directly connected to how the frame will be built, how materials behave, and how loads are transferred through the structure. We optimize geometry, tube shapes and junctions to ensure precise layup, consistent compaction and repeatable quality. This approach allows us to avoid unnecessary complexity while maintaining full control over fiber orientation and structural integrity. By integrating engineering and manufacturing into a single process, we reduce variability, eliminate weak points and ensure that the final product performs exactly as intended. The result is a frame that is not only well-designed, but also built in the most efficient and reliable way possible.

WHETHER YOU RACE GRAVEL, RIDE ULTRA, TRAIN ON THE ROAD OR TEAR THROUGH CYCLOCROSS - AT 6P COMPOSITES, WE'LL CREATE A FRAME PRECISELY FOR YOU, TUNED TO YOUR RIDING STYLE, AMBIITON, AND CHARACTER

ORDERING PROCESS

Every frame we build starts with a rider, not a template.

At 6P Composites, the ordering process is designed to translate your riding style, fit and expectations into a fully engineered carbon frame. Whether you come with a clear vision or just an idea, we guide you from concept to completion.

This is not an off-the-shelf product. Every parameter is defined with purpose — geometry, stiffness, weight and functionality — to create a frame that performs exactly as intended.

The process begins with understanding you.

We define geometry based on your body, riding position and intended use. This can be derived from an existing bike, a professional bike fit, or developed fully from scratch.

At this stage, we also determine:

  • mounting points and integration
  • cable routing
  • stiffness profile (race, balanced, comfort)
  • overall design direction

Every decision is made to ensure that the frame is not only unique, but optimized.

Once the design is finalized, the frame moves into production.

Each frame is built by hand using a carefully planned carbon layup. Fiber orientation is controlled in every section to achieve the desired balance of stiffness, compliance and strength.

There are no generic templates — every layer has a specific function. The manufacturing process focuses on precision, consistency and structural integrity.

The final stage is where engineering meets aesthetics.

Depending on your preference, the frame can be finished in raw carbon or painted with a fully custom design. Attention is given to every detail — from surface quality to final assembly interfaces.

The result is a frame that not only performs at a high level, but also reflects your individual vision.
